Wild Healing is the responsible party for the personal information described here. You can reach us through the contact page.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, delivery address, phone number and email, so we can pack and deliver your order.
• Messages you send us through the contact form.
• Your email address, if you join the newsletter.
• Basic, anonymous site usage, such as which pages are viewed, to help us improve the site.

How orders and payments are handled

Our shop runs on the Celium platform. When you check out you are taken to a secure, Celium-hosted checkout where you enter your delivery details and pay. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by us. Celium processes your order information on our behalf so that we can fulfil it.

How we use your information

• To fulfil and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To reply to your questions.
• To send the newsletter, only if you asked for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with the people who help us serve you: the Celium platform, our payment provider, and couriers who deliver your order. They may only use it for that purpose.

Cookies

We use a small cookie to remember your basket. We also use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
