Using this site

By using this website and placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and prices

Products are made in small batches and availability changes. Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). Delivery is calculated at checkout. We try to keep descriptions and photos accurate, and herbal products may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Payment is taken through our secure, Celium-hosted checkout. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund.

Delivery and returns

Please see our shipping and returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.

Health information

Traditional herbal products. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication. Information on this website is shared for general interest and is not medical advice. Please speak to a healthcare practitioner before using herbal products if you have a health condition.

The paintings, photographs, writing and branding on this site belong to Helena and Wild Healing, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
