Clear the Way is a herbal spray blended from Artemisia afra and Sutherlandia frutescens, two traditional South African herbs with a long history in home herbal practice.
The Artemisia is wild-harvested in the Karoo highlands. It is a small herbal companion for the throat, in a bottle that fits the handbag, desk or bedside.
Helena makes it in small batches.

How to use, as a ritual
Take a slow breath and spray toward the back of the mouth. Pair it with a cup of Tea of Courage for a small herbal pause.
